Everyone's opinion of an uptrend will be different. And, I'm not sure I'm buying conversions as the sole reason the price tanked from the highs. Otherwise, the pps would have gone to $0.08 or below. Admittedly, I'm a newcomer. So here's what made an impression upon me as a new Investor. * Stupid deal agreed to by BOD * Attempt by BOD to reverse the stupid deal they agreed upon * Resignation by BOD when Notes Holder held them to their agreement * Takeover of company control by a single Notes Holder * Decrease in pps attributed to Conversions by current Investors * Ineptitude of company to have so many Notes Conversions hitting all at once at such a low price without converting sooner
To add to my analogy on personal management of Cash Flows focused on Operating Activities only: Frequent Repossession and/ or Loan Defaults.
That seems to be the downside of a company solely focused on management of Cash Flows for Operating Activities, when a $5M plane that should be handled by Financing Activities isn't paid as agreed and it wrests the control of the whole company from it's owners. That being the Investors in the company. Call it a repo or default. But, the best thing to call it might be stupid.
