The PPO offering isn't helping. I don't understand either. What I do know is longs are not reaping the benefits as new investors are getting in at these prices if they choose to do so. Hopefully there is an ace up the sleeve of NiOCORP when this is all said and done.

You said "Everyone on the board agrees the PPS should be higher but why is it not?"

At this point in time, I disagree that the PPS should be higher assertion. But, the PPS is heading towards where it probably ought to be (in my opinion, about the $.40/share level). Just my sense of where the market cap, based on number of outstanding shares now and likely in the future, ought to be without any news of lender interest.

Once the CEO lines up significant financial lenders (even if they are lenders for a portion of the capex), your pps obviously should increase dramatically.

I'm waiting for the PPS to hit the low $.40 range. If I miss the boat (and I've missed the boat on other stock or equity buying opportunities waiting for the PPS to drop), well, such is life and I'll move on.

I do wish you all well, and hope that you all profit from your investment. The policy environment (rise in interest in scandium applications, scarcity of domestic supply, Buy American sentiment and law, and national security concerns) are definitely in your favor.

Ontlnvestor: why is the price not higher, you ask. IMO, the answer lies primarily in one ugly word: Lind.
