I disagree on the .40 theory. Those of us invested for some time know this investment and have seen the ups and downs. At this juncture of the game and with this news (opportunity), I just dont see that happening.
I see your point of view. There are still too many unknowns, especially around the financing.
I think the PPS should be higher based on potential as we don't have revenue yet. The market cap is much too low for a 32 mine life of strategic elements.
Have you invested in Biotech? You'll see companies trade in the billion dollar range based on nothing but speculation. NioCorp deserves a higher PPS based on the fact that the product is already spoken for.
I agree with you that the PPS will increase once the financing package is announced as long as dilution is kept minimal. I can see the PPS sliding until then because of the market right now. Hopefully you can get in at your price point.
This is a great investment and we have many things in our favour but its not a slam dunk like many think here.
