What? No one joins a biotech company unless they "know it's a success"? That's simply false, and plain confirmation bias. Lots of daring, innovative biotechs that 'failed' hired bright, honest, accomplished researchers and advisers.

Patience. Rational judgement and a little common sense helps too.

I am not sure you understood the context of my question...it was specifically for Dado...I wasn't judging or being cynical.

Dado is in the same field...I was merely asking him because he may have heard of him and be able expand on the news.
