Is ruled in your favor preferable? BTW the stock price ahead of the case ruling was not much higher than it is today, so the win is relative.

Did you happen to check what the share price was leading up to the case ruling - if you prefer to discuss facts? That wouldn't fit the line of discussion as well though. DECN received the favorable ruling, end of story. I don't see share price as the only measuring stick for the outcome, so we'll have to disagree on what is considered the win.
