Actually, I already showed that your point is the one with no validity. "Winning the ruling is all the matters", you told us, and the last time they "won the case" against J&J and they hype died down and reality took hold, the stock was down about 50%. I understand that's not what long term investors want to hear, but sorry, that is reality! Those are the FACTS, as is common to talk about here!

Again, so let's hope for the same thing with this case! Shareholders getting their case win ("all that matters") and the stock then plummeting 50%. This way we're both happy! Good luck!

PS, In all my years I've never heard the expression "winning the ruling". That's not valid. Am I wrong to assume you mean winning the case? Correct? A ruling can be in one's favor, but you can't "win a ruling". You can win a case though.
