they don't file the Q by next week.

I suppose it's possible they run the Q by the audit company before posting,
making for a possible delay if audit company has any questions. At some point the audit company will have to review that Q for 10K.

All this regulatory work has it's own speed. I'm looking forward to the next IOSOFT update, one would expect at some point further efforts bear fruit.

There is no reasonable excuse for the audit taking this long. None whatsoever.
