Wow. You certainly know the history and some of the skeletons in the company's past.

I have been around since 2000, so you must pre-date me.

From your comments I can think of one person who lives in BC that would that knowledge. (Actually I have been trying to contact that person, but I lost his email address when my PC was upgraded). He is a nice guy and we talked multiple times over the years, but one event due to a post objected by JF caused some problems. I saw this person at a recent AGM -- maybe 2015 -- but he left before I could talk to him to patch things up. If you are that guy, you will know one person in your neck of the woods that drank a couple of brews with us in a Toronto bar in 2001.... he has my new email address. (There were others in that group of about 7, and the joke was that among the group of us, we had about 25 RagingBull aliases).

Anyway, I cannot respond to the content of your post, since I am still pretty enthusiastic about the technology and the people behind it.

Hey dude,

I got some more names and companies for you.

Let us not forget about out favorite deals with "Fortune ____" companies as well as "Major European" "Joint Development (JDP) "Multi-Billion Dollar" "Joint Development Partners" "Major Global" or "Leading, International ____ sector" companies. It is their favorite way to announce revenues without announcing crap. Just type those keywords with Micromem and you will see Joseph Fuda's crap projections about how much money they ARE making, or will SOON be making as in within a few WEEK to 1 YEAR.

MMTIF has always enjoyed giving anonymous "major" deals and sometimes hides behind NDA's, but even more ballsy, a lot of times they do not even try to hide behind NDA's during press releases.

Companies:
Norwegian EM Technology
NanoOpto
Texas Advanced Optical Systems
AuthenTec
Phillips (A major rumor that started on Raging Bull by people "in the know I have no doubt came from the company itself"
Silicon Turnkey Solutions
Diodes
Eversource

People:
Dr. Harry Ruda
Dr. Dale Hensley

Universities:
University of Utah
University of Toronto

Laughable quotes: "The funds will be reported as revenue, not as a recovery of deferred development costs. The contract value of this portion of the agreement is approximately US $2 Million." August 2016...where is the revenue? lol

"As a result of the successful test the oil company partner has accepted a final invoice of approximately USD $193,000 and will remit payment in the first week of January 2016...The units that will be delivered for field trials are also product sales and not research and development.Under the deployment proposal the partner will take 2,000 units over a 4 year period at an approximate sale price of USD $100,000 per Interwell Tracer device." December 2015: 2000 * $100,000 = $200 million dollars...some proposal! I also didn't see $193k in revenue ddid anyone else catch that?

"Micromem invoices Chevron $0.4 million for the achieving development milestone" June 2015: Where's the $400k?

"The value of the preliminary contract between Micromem and Castrol innoVentures is $2.3 million." 2014 Don't see any contract or revenue

"The preliminary contract value is included in the $4.1 million contract with Chevron." I didn't realize MMTIF ever received $4.1 from ANY company?

"In September 2014, Micromem entered in to a contract with Flextronics
International Ltd., for the manufacture and distribution of the oil pan plug sensor suite. Commercialization is expected to generate, at a minimum, annual revenues of $18.8 million over the next nine years." At a MINIMUM????

"The agreements have initial terms of 3 to 5 years and have a combined potential for approximately US$190 million in revenue...Joseph Fuda, President and CEO of Micromem, states, "The opportunities
that are being afforded to Micromem as a result of its technology are proof that the Company is on the right track in successfully bringing its products to commercialization in a variety of sectors and we look forward to the ongoing growth of Micromem"" Sept 2009 Well said Joe about your so called agreements, I really hope you got people to invest with this BS so you could go to Barbados again...

"Sales proposal pipeline grown to over $317 million" Sept 2009...well I don't see $1 in revenue odd...

"With the productization process fully underway with its partners, Micromem has focused its attention to business development.. In a similar vein the company will begin to deliver MRAM memory arrays packaged for specific market place evaluation by Q3 2008." Apr 2008 They did?

"Joseph Fuda states “The accomplishment of this milestone validates not only our business model but now sets Micromem on the road to revenue not just charging for research and development projects but right to
commercialization, Micromem is now in business.” Joseph Fuda also said” Considering the pipeline of customers and projects that the company has become involved in, the success we have now accomplished shows well for our ability to deliver not only on proof of concepts but to bring in new products into the market that never existed
before.”" June 2012 UGHHH...Joe, it is 2017 I don't see anything under revenues, or that Micromem had a sales pipeline over 5 years ago or new products that never existed in the marketplace.

And the best quote of all in my opinon?

"Joseph Fuda, CEO of Micromem stated, "We are very pleased to be working with an industry leader such as Westwind Air Bearings." Fuda further states, "This is Micromem's second revenue generating contract this year and based on the historical performance of our technology, the Company anticipates a successful completion of the prototype."" May 2011
The second, dear lord, what was the first, they better go back and change their income statement, there must be a mistake 6 years ago!..

Steven Van Fleet has some gems out there too. WHy would anyone trust this company? Why would anyone support this company since 2000, that is around 25% of the average persons life invested in some crap company that has never done anything. They could've invested in the S&P 500 Index and been just as well off as if MMTIF somehow pulls off some miracle in 2018 and pops...it just doesn't add up to me. I just do not see how anyone could invest so much time, energy and dedication to some POS company that has obviously lied and was deceitful for years.

I question motives of a lot of bulls in this investment and seeing the history of this company, I really question if people are actually bulls and not employees, no offense to anyone, it just goes through my head it just doesn't seem logical. I have heard of the phrase fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I have never heard a phrase, fool me once shame on you, fool me 50 times shame on me...
