6. The BOD are intertwined. They are loyal to the Fuda family. After all, they were hired to join the gravy train. Joseph isn't getting fired. He may step down because he knows the gig is up but let's see if he can squeeze another year of salaries and expenses for him, his father and his sister. How else are they going to pay for their lavish lifestyles?

7. New investors. I marvel at Fuda's ability to find new investors for private placements. And that some old investors continue to invest. How do the new investors feel about the new developments? Doesn't matter. One soothing call from the CEO will calm them down and shut them up. Or hey! He could flash a copy of a fake news release that will be issued justtttttt as soon the "other company" approves it. Almost. Just about.

8. We all want to remain quiet about this scam. Why? Because if there is a tiny chance that Micromem will hit the jackpot you don't want to be the one who causes the downfall. Until one of us has the balls to call and file an official complaint, this story will tragically continue.

9. Where is the OSC? SEC? RCMP? Led by Dan Amadori and his "creative" responses, the Micromem team is protected, with the i's dotted and t's crossed.

10. Brokers and Financial Advisors and Brokerage Firms: Wake up! Compliance Departments? Have you noticed how many shares are held at your firm? What part of this scam don't you understand? You have a fiduciary duty to stand up for your clients.

Fellow shareholders. Time to rise and speak up. Don't bother attending the AGM. Save your money. Oh crap! Who am I kidding? We will all wait for the post-AGM update with a case of beer in hand. Because THIS is the year. THIS will be our year. THIS is it. No seriously. THIS IS IT!!! JOE YOU ARE A HERO!
