The last PR was only about 3 weeks ago. After the failure of the ticker change, they are reworking strategy, and their website was updated recently. I just noticed it yesterday.
The pps is down on very low volume, so the company is not selling shares, as they haven't been for over 4 years now.
Sure they're slow, but they're on their own time frame. So that's not new. Not sure what red flags you're talking about.
I still think it's better for them (and especially shareholders) for them to wait until end of summer/early fall to be aggressive anyway.
