Could very well be. Why not wait to see if there's a faster path by waiting to see what the FDA is offering.

A good surmise Nidan. There is a new sheriff at the FDA and he will post the his rules for good conduct ( of Regenerative Medicine trials ) at the saloon, general store and the livery in Sept.

How this regulative framework will differ from the current 21stCCA fast track trials designation is anyone's guess at this point. However, this I do believe, Drs Missling, Fadiran and Klamers have us front and center for trials consideration at the FDA. As Scott Gottlieb gets his house in order we wii see some movement. I think like more than a few on this board that the FDA is controlling the timing of things presently.

I have emailed Amanda at the Rett Syndrome Foundation for an update and will let the board know when I get a reply.

Nidan, I think you are on to something there!! Rett says trial to start by fall (hopefully) and that is by Sept 20th. It appears all roads are pointing to September.

Old Paradigm, BP, side effect drugs then new drugs to combat the side effects.

Is the old paradigm focused on health or profits?

BP exists mostly to make profits to benefit shareholders and the C Suite Executives. Public health is sometimes a by-product or a selling point of a particular drug, but not the primary focus, which is the almighty dollar.

This will not refocus it totally but at least gives some advantages to those that really help with the health system.

I'm sure that the people hitting the stock have more knowledge about the inside workings of the FDA than that...

I think your theory is likely to be correct and it would explain why the stock has been hit so hard lately.
