I don't know why they don't just leave the name as Cannaxa with the ticker as UAMM. There's no law that says they have to match up.
Maybe the new delay has something to do with making Cannaxa a subsidiary before reverting back to UAMM as the corporate parent in Delaware.
Who knows. They seem to be really concerned with getting the branding and corporate structure the way they want it. It's annoying, but also encouraging in a way, since they care about the details.
I just hope they get it straightened out sometime before the end of the year and CA goes fully legal. We don't want to miss that ship when it sails, as I'm sure they don't either.
