Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC) is pleased to announce that, pursuant to a press release dated July 18th, 2017, it has acquired a 5% equity stake in Axilogy Consulting Corporation
Axilogy is an online education company based out of Boston, Massachusetts, and provides test preparation, accelerated education, and patient education services. Axilogy started off by providing coaching services to students studying for the MCAT exam, the required exam for all students looking to enter medical school. Axilogy quickly expanded to include coaching services to pre-medical students as a whole through practice tests, books, planners, and courses. Currently, Axilogy has a team of expert tutors and several instructors working with students on a daily basis. The company has begun expanding to include coaching for the LSAT, SAT, GRE/GMAT, ACT in addition to both early medical and law courses. As such, it will form credited courses that teach law and medical school early to undergraduates; and provide an online K-12 program to allow students to skip grades. It is also targeting healthcare education by creating a database of courses taught with physician-level content for patients. Axilogy has the most rigorous teacher training program that teaches both educational theory coupled with practice.
Within the next quarter, Axilogy will be launching an app that can be downloaded on iOS and Android devices called "Study Coach". This revolutionary app will allow students at any level to form study habits using a vocal coach which will also serve to motivate the student. It will have a built in focus timer that logs study methods coupled with a leader board that compares and challenges study skills.

The book is called Dr.Kid's Guide to Learning Medicine: Journey to Lung-Dome. Axilogy is working towards getting the book into both local book stores and libraries for readings. The book will be available on Kindle as well as in a regular book format.
