Why should anybody vote for the old(!) Board with this bad track record???????

No viable product, losses in SP > 90 %, absolutely no communication with shareholder, everything from this company is "disclosed" (clients; lawsuit-results, trials, "partnerships".....)

CP, I personally guess it's too late to turn shareholders in their opinion. They are pissed off and will vote FOR ronin - regardless of your arguments!
Hope we can kick them in October! Yes!!!!

Let's wait and see what kind of presentations we get from both sides. Not sure about Ronin but I am sure I do not want status quo from current team.

Need new team with skin in game and experience scientifically, business wise and politically. Sk can stay in some capacity. And want to see reasonable pay in the realm of other small bios.

CP you do realize that being on the BOD is not a full time gig, correct? Just because the current scumbag BOD takes a half million each per year from the company doesn't mean that honest, professional people would do the same.

You never got back to me on some of my questions/remarks from yesterday. Maybe you ran out of posts.

What do you think about that forecasted year over year 30% revenue decline for AVID had they not shuffled that 10m from year to year?

Remember when the BOD said something about sustained profitability? What they really said was that they were looking to breakeven for the quarter ending 07/31/2018. They are now backing off of that.

Remember all of that dilution that was going to keep us from getting the going concern paragraph? How did that work out?

Maybe that dilution was for the AVID III build out. Nope, put off until some time in 2018 at the earliest.

AVID, 34% margins with declining revenue and it's worth how much under this leadership?

Remember all of those up front payments and contracts that guarantee future revenue. The company denies that they exist. Why would they deny that?

Those so very valuable NOL's are also starting to expire. There goes that also.

- sell PS targeting (monetising can range from breadcrumb to super deals but since they claim that Bavituximab doesn't work in their opinion we may assume breadcrumbs rather then super deals).

This is exactly what most posters are missing from Ronin's letter and I believe you're exactly correct. If Ronin wanted to capitalize on the IP/Bavi, etc. he would not have made the points that Bavi is nothing but failed trials and a waste of money.

He could not have made it any plainer except to have used the word "botched". Then it would have been 100% plain language that we are used to for years now from the corner that believes Bavi is worthless. Botched trials was the key phrase for a long time and that's the underlying meaning of the letter. Wrap up this failed attempt to be real pharma co. and just stick to manufacturing to save us all what we have left.

Please keep in mind that the ONLY point they made with respect to the IP and Bavi is that it's failed and too expensive. What in the world do you expect them to do with this if they truly believe what they're writing. The only other thing you can do with your thoughts is to believe they don't really mean what they say. They're so smart and successful that hidden away in their real motives is to make us all a lot of money by selling off failed Bavi. We'll all be rich from their astute selling of botched/failed expensive science.

The long timers on this board know that new discoveries about the potential value of the patent portfolio / science are emerging at a rapid clip. Why no mention by this incredibly successful, astute group with so much experience in bringing value to shareholders? Oh, it's because they didn't mean what they wrote. Right.
