Excellent DD Fox, as usual. We are holding a diamond in the rough here. I could definitely see this stock up-listing to NASDAQ with all it has going on. And here's the thing...many of the NASDAQ stocks have share structures this large anyway. So they paid off debt the smart way by selling shares IMO. Hold on for pennies! IMHO.
