Fox’s Mini Synopsis of OTT Streaming and Momentous's Huge Internet Future!

I'd like to talk about the OTT streaming portal and why this is so important and also that it is definitely going to be a reality based on the things Momentous is setting out to achieve, as well as AGREEMENTS that have been made to create this portal. Continue reading for my synopsis of the situation and some interesting quotes that illuminate what I am saying. This is just the tip of the iceberg here, as we head into 2017 and 2018 with exciting developments on the global stage. When we get our portal, we're on our way to uplisting to the NASDAQ or NYSE as Kurt has talked about, IMO.

State of the Broadcast Industry 2017 OTT is the New Normal

http://go.ooyala.com/rs/447-EQK-225/images/Ooyala-State-Of-The-Broadcast-Industry-2017.pd

“Broadcasters are embracing a new reality as we charge into 2017. OTT video, which started as a vexing outlier, has not only been welcomed into the industry fold but is now driving mainstream broadcast strategies. Its hold on cord avoiders and its radical influence on technology, programming and advertising shifts is certain and can no longer be ignored. OTT now shapes how we all think of “TV,” how the world consumes it and how broadcasters produce, distribute and monetize it. As our 3rd annual report finds, OTT is, without doubt, a central part of the broadcast experience today and will continue to be in the year — and years — ahead. Welcome to your new normal.”

“Digital video will overtake television to become the single largest way people spend their free time before the end of this decade.”

“The pay-TV broadcast industry is now facing the growth of OTT services head-on. Networks and operators are launching their own robust OTT offerings, forming strategic alliances with OTT providers and digital companies, or merging with traditional and digital companies for survival and growth. There will be winners and losers in the battle for audiences and revenue, but the time to watch and wait is over. It’s time to commit and move forward.”

“59% of all US households have a SVOD service from the likes of Netflix, Amazon Prime, and/or Hulu, up from 47% in 2014.”

Mobile continues to grow worldwide as consumers’ screen of choice, spurred by greater video content availability, tablet, smartphone and connected app penetration, and faster wifi connections.

“More than 52% of all video views this quarter were on mobile devices... Since Q3 2013, mobile video views have increased more than 233%, outpacing the growing penetration rate of mobile devices globally as viewers spend more time watching video on the small screen.” —

“The growth and future of broadcast content is undoubtedly via OTT. Mass or niche, local or global, singular or hybrid — OTT will rule with consumers and drive further industry shifts and alliances. As always, data will help make or break services. Look for providers to embrace it wholeheartedly in the year ahead.”

Check out the highest OTT TV and Video revenue generating countries worldwide in the following article. You'll notice the U.S., Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and Asia are all at the top:

What does this all tell us? The United States, Latin America, Western Europe, and Eastern Europe will make up the largest revenues for global OTT TV and Video according to this article. So how does this all inter-connect and what is the message here? Well, let’s look at just one paragraph from David Micek of Momentous. This paragraph will illuminate just how the global OTT market fits into Momentous’s strategy, not just in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but world-wide, as the Poolworks social media networks, MeinVZ and StudiVZ are their first targets, which will be followed by other countries in the future.

Here is a quote from the first Audio Investor’s update just from a couple months ago, in March of 2017.

http://www.momentousent.com/pdf/MMEG_Audio_Investor_Update_Transcript-030917.pdf

David Micek said,

“The types of OTT streaming media content we’ll bring to Poolworks initially will be focused on specific genre segments but then will grow over time to include a wide array of content types and more categories. At initial launch the types of OTT content were hoping to make available are in the areas of of extreme sports, old time movies, music & concerts videos, live poker tournaments and more. As a 2nd phase implementation we’ll be expanding by offering a wider array of content such as current and recent Hollywood movies, TV programs and series, documentaries and more. AND our goal is to provide as much of this content as possible in a German language format.“

From the recent
Amended Quarterly Report (10-q/a)
Date :
06/07/2017

http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=74950150

“The Company is planning to deliver film, TV and sports content on a video on demand and subscription business model to its wholly-owned subsidiary, VZ Networks, Inc’s subsidiary, Poolworks (Germany) Ltd., one of Germany’s largest social media platform with almost 10 million members. The Company will source the film, TV and sports content from their Hollywood and global relationships, and work with a designated video delivery platform to fulfill the integration into the social media websites. Revenues will be split with Poolworks (Germany), Ltd.”

And, from the
Quarterly Report (10-q)
Date :
05/22/2017

“MMEG will look to acquire future products, services and technologies to be used and made available through its social media network (meinVZ and studiVZ) allowing access to the Company’s full line of products, services and content over the internet and via mobile devices. MMEG will look to acquire future products, services and technologies to be used and made available through its social media network (meinVZ and studiVZ) allowing access to the Company’s full line of products, services and content over the internet and via mobile devices.”

Mobile continues to grow worldwide, as stated in the top article above, once again:

“More than 52% of all video views this quarter were on mobile devices... Since Q3 2013, mobile video views have increased more than 233%, outpacing the growing penetration rate of mobile devices globally as viewers spend more time watching video on the small screen.”

What we can see is that Momentous is indeed ahead of the curve, and planning on staying that way insofar as their ambitious future goals and staying on target with the burgeoning trends of the OTT markets of the future.

So we can also clearly see, that Momentous is targeting the top revenue generating markets in the global OTT TV and video streaming arena as part of their international strategy.

Let’s not forget about the Incubator Stock Review, and an important paragraph in it.

http://internetstockreview.ning.com/page/research-reports

“The Company has signed an agreement to deliver film, TV and sports content on a video on demand and subscription video on demand business model. The Company will source the film, TV and sports content from their Hollywood and global relationships, and work with a designated video delivery platform to fulfill the integration into various social media websites.”

Looks like we are definitely going to get our portal! Signed an agreement to deliver film, TV, sports and content on a video on demand and subscription video on demand business mode. I like it.

From the following article:

https://www.equities.com/news/german-social-media-a-good-fit-for-momentus-entertainment-mmeg

"From the terms of the agreement, Momentus Entertainment will provide film and TV content to Poolworks 10+ million subscribers on a revenue-shared basis“.

Poolworks has two social media sites StudiVZ and MeinVZ to which Momentus will provide entertainment content.

“Both companies will share in the spoils from the advertising sales, transactional Video on Demand (VOD) along with subscription fees from Poolworks’ members who choose to sign up for the Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) service. Multiple revenue streams from an established entity with 10+ million subscribers should be music to the ears for Momentus shareholders.”

“According to Momentous President and CEO, Kurt Neubauer, "This binding agreement enables the Company to create substantive and recurring revenue in addition to our aggressive acquisition program. Once this system is installed and operational, Momentous Entertainment will offer the service worldwide to other social media and similar platforms."

So, the goal is to offer OTT content as stated above, to Poolworks’s social media networks MeinVZ and StudiVZ. Momentous is based in the United States, and has stated that their plans to acquire social media networks will continue first in the United States and Europe, and then to other countries world-wide. It is easy to see the trends forming here, and where Momentous is headed. Since we already have Germany, Austria and Switzerland via Poolworks’s social media networks, that constitutes Western Europe. And that is over 10 million subscribers right there. And, according to the article above, Western Europe is one of the largest revenue generating OTT TV and Video streaming markets.

Now, Momentous has added the Russian VKontakte social media network into the mix that they have added content onto, even though they do not own VKontakte. But Vkontakte is the second largest social media network after Facebook, with 420 million subscribers. By adding their Chimera game the MOB in the Russian language onto that network, I see many much more content being streamed to VKontakte in the future, and that is Eastern Europe. I see huge revenue possibilities for VKontakte as Momentous will most likely (IMO) offer more content to them, as Eastern Europe is right up there as one of the largest revenue generating OTT TV and Video streaming markets.

One other market to consider, although this is speculation only, is With Vert Capital’s holdings which include SPC*, that has now acquired MIGME social media network, the Asian market may also be a target for Momentous in the future, as MIGME has 35 million users, and we know by Momentous putting their Chimera game on VKontakte they are going for the international market and the heavy hitters. In other words, if Momentous is in bed with Vert, and has stated it intends to continue working with Vert for future acquisitions, I see the great possibility that Momentous could offer programming to the Asian market as well. So, the question is, which social media network will be Momentous’s next acquisition? I don’t know, but I am anxious to find out. But one thing is for certain, they will be targeting these highest OTT TV and Video revenue generating parts of the world.

So, based on the chart in the above article, Momentous is intelligently targeting the largest revenue generating markets for OTT streaming in the world. The United States, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and possibly Asia Pacific (if MIGME is added which we don’t yet know but is a high possibility given it is a Vert company).

As we know, Momentous intends to offer content in over 100 languages. From the 10k:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1602381/000107878217000467/f10k123116_10k.htm

"We have significant international operations and plan to continue the international expansion of our business operations and the translation of our products. We currently make Poolworks (Germany) Ltd. websites available in Germany language only but may offer more than 100 different languages in the future, and we have offices or data centers in Germany." (p. 16)

Streaming and social media are going to go hand in hand. That is good news for the future of Momentous, as we wait and see what develops next.

We are looking forward to much news on many different fronts from the OTT streaming platform, to the closing of Neurofuse and Blackfox to the reality shows and Bobby Dale’s NASCAR progress and sponsorship agreements, as well as updates on the Dennis Gile show. Also, of course, more new acquisitions, as well as the Chimera games deployment on other world-wide social media networks which is also part of the plan.

Stay tuned to MMEG for some exciting things coming in the future and enjoy watching it unfold, as I know I will. I cannot stress enough how this OTT portal is going to be a game changer for Momentous, not only for their Poolworks social media networks, but for other social media networks they acquire in the future, because once it is up and running, it won't be so difficult to offer that portal to other social media networks--both ones they own and ones they don't own (VKontakte and MIGME for example).
Remember, they have an agreement in place to do this. And I think we are going to be finding out more about this portal in the near future.

Remember, these are all my opinions only, so please do your DD and make your own decisions. Thanks and good luck to everyone!
