On second thought, maybe not since I'm not sure they can use a standing bid. Seems to me some companies are far more creative than others with respect to interpreting rules.
Something fishy is going on, i have had a buy order in at 2.0 for a few days and it got skipped over when the price dipped to 1.98 this morning. That doesn't make sense. It's not for a lot of shares (couple hundred).
