I sure can't prove you wrong, rather I agree. I can't fathom his giving up 49% of Bellissima if buyout is in any near future, even medium time future. I do see this however...why announce to shareholders and investing community that the 49% of Bellissima will one day be 100% owned by Iconic Brands (ICNB)?
1) to appease shareholders who noticed this anomaly of ownership...either to take some of the scent of a scam away or to delay need to act short term or ever.
2) no buyout in near future on the radar if valuable or he plans to drive the stock into the ground and doesn't care if shareholders have the 49% of nothing.
I just see point in announcing the future vs the past, except for scams.
