I remember a case in Texas that IFUS won because the other
party did something wrong.
As far as the big case against the former board members
it was settled AMICABLY.
If there were any other cases I can't think of any other
than the one that is current in NEW JERSEY.

Putting all that aside the bottom line is MW making and
selling bagasse. Are his distributors selling bagasse.
