It is my opinion, that the Comitos correctly determined the individual responsible for destroying BVAP shareholder value.

Sure...the answer is obvious! It includes Joshua Kimmel, coupled with his pal and right-hand man, VP of Strategic Planning, Seth Shaw.

Shaw's role was integral to arranging financing to support the BVAP scam! The Comito connection was obvious! What role did Seth Shaw have in arranging the Maxim connection! BVAP paid Maxim millions for NOTHING, including tens of thousands for an "out-of-this-World" Manhattan cocktail party! Maxim was once Seth Shaw's employer!

Seth Shaw collected a nice salary from BVAP! He claims ignorance of Kimmel's BS! OMG...REALLY???? Many IHUB posters identified the scam and posted the evidence! Shaw ignored the "evidence", but continued "jerking around" the investors by constantly touting Joshua Kimmel's brilliance! As previously mentioned, "stupidity is not a legitimate excuse for sitting by and idly watching the crushing of BVAP's shareholders"!

HERE'S AN IDEA! LEAVE THE COMPANY AND ANNOUNCE WHY YOU ARE LEAVING! If Seth Shaw had been paying attention and actually cared about the investors, HE COULD HAVE WALKED FROM BVAP AND KIMMEL! But the BVAP PAYCHECK WAS NICE!
