I assure you... whatever the company is doing is NOT for the benefit of common shareholders...

Management has NEVER done anything for the benefit of common shareholders!

$800/share (adding in R/S's) to the current price... how could anyone possibly think otherwise?

One might wonder why it is that a 'legitimate' company would patently refuse to provide SEC dictated documents for in excess of two years. Anyone? Perhaps a call to IR might clear it up?
