being dormant does not prevent you from being sued. I am just betting on a 70 y/o who owns 5 million shares, will do SOMETHING to increase their value. WHY ON EARTH WOULDNT HE ?? Lots of private comepnies with good technology that WANT to be part of a pubic entity
