How much of those services went towards matters concerning the the lawsuit and why would you insinuate that that type of dilution would happen from if the malpractice did not happen. Now you can add the another 250 million shares Seth's purchases and the recent purchase by another fund. I would imagine another 250 million to 500 million shares will need to be sold to pay for the experts and other costs.
I stated my contract long ago, and it was 1.5 mil shares per quarter for 4 quarters and 4 quarters is up as far as the time period you listed. You might find this hard to believe but there are quite a few people that want this company to succeed. Seth could have taken a quick settlement paid himself a salary and called it a day, 99% of other people would have done that. There is no question that TAUG has struggled since the Dr Hanoi fiasco but in 2015 Seth was making moves to increase shareholder value.
The fact that he has the trust of some very influential people that have access to portfolio companies is a testament to his character. Those people are real and do not hide behind handles.
Going back to 2015, there was no guarantee that Zortrax deal would have been done, but the fact that TAUG had an opportunity to get up to the plate with a company of that caliper is testament to Seth's rolodex and the trust that those people in his Rolodex have in him.
I think .
-this lawsuit will fly
-Cowan did have a duty to notify TAUG of the investigation or that the PCAOB initiation of an investigation gives the Company plenty of time to rectify the situation (if Cowan did not violate the rules and fail to inform TAUG)
-Seth knows that there are at least 10 violations of the Professional Code of Conduct.
If violating at least 10 rules of the Professional Code of Conduct over 8 months is not grounds for punitive damages nothing is. These auditors are held to a very high standard and the rules are very simple and straight forward.
Looks like NONE of TAUG's damage claims have been rejected by the Court, NOT ONE! I can only imagine what the head of compliance for Cowan during that time is going to testify to regarding what he thought should have been done. I can only imagine what the possible straw man that had his name thrown on the audit for 2015 will testify to.
GAME SET MATCH TAUG
and PS I will be sticking around at the end of this contract. I have paid up to .0042 and .007 for shares and want this company to succeed because Seth and I are in the preliminary stages in a distribution deal that will be an industry disrupter and have instant worldwide appeal. That is the advantage of a Rolodex, besides Seth's network of funds he gets to be introduced to privately held company owners with sales ranging from 1 billion to 4 billion dollars annually. You can thank me later, oh but why would I tell you.
