DOES a bank robber use a gun to make a deposit? I agree, this is the oddest of scams in that most scams don't include doing the stuff that makes them NOT scams. So I agree, it's like someone walking into a bank with a gun and holding up the bank to make a deposit, or in this case numerous SEC compliant filings on the OTC.
