My thoughts are that this will take a few months maybe more to play out one way or the other. I don't think PGPM spent all this time filing and updating information for this to be a scam. But that's my opinion. I think the true value of assets will eventually be decided through proper audits or SEC determination that there are no assets. Currently the SEC suspension does not state that "Fraud" has occurred. We shall see. I think one just needs to look at how well the new CEO is at updating and following through. people have a very short memory about PGPM. This stock was a long shot from the beginning, but people painted it as a sure thing all along. Bottom line most people won't have patience to more than a week before they want to try to recoup whatever they can. We shall see.
