there are no toxic notes and no dilution to power a death spiral. no preferred share class to convert either. everyone is holding common shares. the move down has been on very low volume as well.
there has been no share issuance in years and the low float makes it move up fast when buys occur. a huge bounce/run is coming when management wakes up and starts communicating imo.
