Yes, I believe the company is raising some capital to help facilitate the acquisition purchase of BIG RED TRANSPORT, and they are issuing some common shares to do it which are being sold into the market. The 5 million share trade at .005 after the market closed is what's known as a Form T trade, which was simply a sell order reported late by a market maker. :-)
