More research and you would have found the patent hasn't been assigned to DMR - just more Mersky BS.

If you notice the drug was never assigned to DMR Biologic LLC and PMBS has not changed its name or merged with them. PMBS and its shareholders own LIpiGesic and Russ is going to get a reminder any day now. Lol There are some legal issues here!
