Ok, thanks. Some time ago I was just curious so I did some checking on what was required to list on an exchange. The two things I mentioned were part of what found out. I don't remember which exchanges I read about. I'm sure an exchange can waive requirements if they want to list a "hot" stock. My real question was , can this stock move without institutional investors? I guess the answer is up listing is not a problem, so no problem attracting institutional investors. Good enough, thanks.
