Yes. They are funding the study and not BIEL. They need to keep the public informed about this public trial. This is not a secret project with Biel or a confidential project with Biel. This is done on their dimes for the public good. I am not sure why they are keeping it a secret. If they want to keep it a secret they should not have put it in the public record to start with.

The last update they have is on May 2016. They need to respect the public and update the record.
