I have been struggling with this thought all day! I think of the families, the patients, but I also think of the long line of people who would give their last penny for this treatment if it is truly what it seems to be. Certainly science can not advance without these brave souls that say "yes" to these trials. There is likely not one of us here who has not felt a sense of sadness for each "event". Peace to each and every one of them!!
