fwiw... when IM_ST finally made its way to the daily list with its 2.17:1 f/s as EP_TI, if i recall (prolly less than) correctly it was some 6 or so weeks after the 8k came out, and the record date for being eligible dated back to the week of the 8k. nothing in this game is ever cut and dry.

i await the inevitable. whatever it is.
