2) Rich getting audits done for 2016
3) Rich filing for uplist with FINRA using those audited fins.
4) Rich obtaining bank loads to pay off debtor (cancelling the 613M shares), obtaining an LOC from the bank to end all dilution.
Rich filing a form 4 (assumes he has a form 3 filed for his current 60M) for shares he's buying himself. He needs to invest, too, showing commitment and a stake in success alongside shareholders.
5) CB bringing a few of her celebrity friends in as Investors (should be easier with 1 thru 4 done)
That's a pretty good list and at least 4 out 5 should be done. If he does that, this will move north and hold gains (no dilution and Investors would be confident their investment will track sales.
