They need to be able to get the share price consistently over $4 to list on NASDAQ, so depending on what price we're at will determine what the actual split ratio will be.
As of today, it would probably end up being something like 1:20 to to take us to $4.60, but they have until June 2018 to do the split, so if the price tanks more, it will be a higher ratio.. If the price goes up between now and then, it will be a lower ratio.
