What specifically do you want me to ask about that? We already know the reason for the spread is because the volatility of the stock price. They need to be able to get the share price consistently over $4 to list on NASDAQ, so depending on what price we're at will determine what the actual split ratio will be.

As of today, it would probably end up being something like 1:20 to to take us to $4.60, but they have until June 2018 to do the split, so if the price tanks more, it will be a higher ratio.. If the price goes up between now and then, it will be a lower ratio.
