GP came into OMVS with his financial experience and cleaned up the OMVS shell to make way for RAD.. i think when RAD comes in SR takes the CEO position and GP assumes the CFO role

I was involved in a similar situation with a company owned by a close Friend. I had been invested for over a year or so before the big deal was completed. I watched the pps go from a holding pattern of around .03 for many months, and on the reverse merger announcement day; it opened at .25 closing at just under 1.00. By end of the very same week, the pps had actually spiked to just over 7.85! It was a week to remember for sure!
