Reverse merger language IS confusing. OMVS (publicly traded) does "absorb" RAD (private company). When the merger is complete, OMVS "dissolves" while RAD "absorbs" their shareholders/share structure, etc... Normally, the CEO of the original pubco would go riding off into the sunset with cash/shares or something, never to be heard of again. In THIS case, Garett and Steve have some sort of relationship that is looking to survive the merger. But Steve will be the CEO of his own (now publicly traded) company.
