All wonderful points and great logic. Thank you for the post.

As to the break even conversation it was just an answer to his direct question but as you so eloquently stated there is much more to this than break even and brought fourth a hell of a lot more material for people to read over and digest. Great work.

Break even point is a metric used most of the time. It's good they know their costs. What do we need? It's a very good metric. First thing I want to know. imho

No, it is not a bad metric, it is only ONE of the metrics.. It's a question that needs to be asked. Are we short of the revenue producing number, close, or over it?

It's a simple, single question that is one of the first questions to know once something rolls out. If they cannot sign up enough stores, then it's done before it gets started.

Just one of many pieces, a simple question, and it is important to know that they are signing up more and more.

Thank you for the additional questions here, too.

Just My Opinion. if a company can't meet it's stated goal of Break Even with 20 dispensaries it will try de-emphasis the importance of this important metric that was used to attract investors in the first place.

the point is, It is an important early goal to meet to confirm the legitimacy of the company.
It also means if MJTK can't gain traction with immediate revenue with 20 dispensaries it will continue issuing convertible notes to cover 40K / month in estimated expenses.

I personally think Burke is giving away the software at this early stage to anyone willing to try it.

That would be roughly be 122 Million to 150 Million newly minted shares per month. @ .0015

Also, A Question that should concern investors is patent protection.
Does Citizen Toke have a patent ?
Seems like an easy concept to replicate if an outside party decided to pick up the slack.

If the goal is to move into other vertical markets, shouldn't their be patent protection FIRST ?
Any links to CT patents would be appreciated.
