Just My Opinion. if a company can't meet it's stated goal of Break Even with 20 dispensaries it will try de-emphasis the importance of this important metric that was used to attract investors in the first place.

the point is, It is an important early goal to meet to confirm the legitimacy of the company.
It also means if MJTK can't gain traction with immediate revenue with 20 dispensaries it will continue issuing convertible notes to cover 40K / month in estimated expenses.

I personally think Burke is giving away the software at this early stage to anyone willing to try it.

That would be roughly be 122 Million to 150 Million newly minted shares per month. @ .0015

Also, A Question that should concern investors is patent protection.
Does Citizen Toke have a patent ?
Seems like an easy concept to replicate if an outside party decided to pick up the slack.

If the goal is to move into other vertical markets, shouldn't their be patent protection FIRST ?
