Interstate commerce is not allowed yet from what I can see. I think that would be independent of the transporter. Would the alcohol distributors jeopardize their license or force the MJ business to wait. I hope the state's need for the taxes is enough to get them to act. Wonder what side of the line does Sheldon Adelson fall on? His wife is a doctor experienced in drug addiction and he's a Sessions fan.

Lets assume that super-growth facilities could produce a new MJ crop in 3-6 months under automated conditions.

Not how the majority of operations function and are structured. Depending on the specific operation, rooms and batches can be staggered so that weekly harvests possible. (The ideal method, as keeps work flow smooth and consistent for staff as well instead of occasional surges...ie: Instead of 8 rooms every 60+ days harvested, batches staggered so 1 room a week (for 8+/- weeks) coming down...Worthy of note, in these cases a "room" can represent up to 300 units+/- (lbs) of flower depending on operation.

I do believe there is the possibility, but don't have a concrete knowledge of NV cultivation specifics, a definite possibility of supply problems if all (cultivation) are not fully built out and expanded at this second/immediately.

(I don't know each and every footprint and operation in state, so cannot estimate output, etc)
