Some potential resolutions of the supply 'problem'?

MJ sales are happening (My opinion only) primarily thru states rights as long as legal weed resupply does not transpire across NV borders. However, that said, it may be legal for NV alcohol wholesaler (approved ) to cross state lines (under armed intra-state joint state purchase trip) to get resupply, in a short-term neo-clause added to
NV commission ruling. Legal hand-off would be done at state border crossing time, into NV. State patrols (and even verifying Federal
'observation' could transpire.

Lets assume that super-growth facilities could produce a new MJ crop in 3-6 months under automated conditions.

Current Federal Administration could take heat off itself (presently) by executive approval order approving limited temporary approval for Medical MJ only to supply product to NV state rights legality status?

This Executive Order by Administration; could be favorably viewed as attempt to assist Democratic NV 'interests' to fulfill its NV state rights to provide emergent health care to needy folk, under an attempt to
stimulate 'other forms' of medical care for tax-paying legal customers, regulated employment enterprise, and in non-partisan example of cooperation to service medical trauma.
