Gee, I don't know where they are. There has never been a SINGLE DISCLOSURE.

All I know is they exist as disclosed by the MYDX filings.

I think they'd better read Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1934 as amended.

But hey, par for the course around here.

Now where did that 1.7 million dollars go from the "China deals" that have been terminated?

MYDX thinks they are slick. They are not. The feds are slick, and the average case takes 2.5 years to come to enforcement.
