Yes the company is raising the capital right now to get Phase 2/3 underway without a partner, that appears clear.

They agreed to do testing for a "narrow indication" a year or so ago.

Are you kidding me? They most likley tested it for multiple indications as once they had 2-73 in their labs they had complete control over the compound. Do you think Anavex had someone watching over the shoulder of the folks at Biogen to make sure they on tested it on just MS? I dont think so. I think it was Mycroft who said "they are testing it for MS and probably whether it cleans wine stains off the carpet".

Didn't Missling state that Biogen was testing further? If so, that would suggest Biogen saw something positive and wants to confirm.
