I am serious. I see Blockbuster as a global mobile CDN delivering theatrical movies (14-30 days currently being proposed) and day releases that the studios are part owners as they were the major debt holders. I can’t name any service that offers this content as of TODAY. I see with the help of Dish that they will subsidize all mobile data that it won’t count against you.

Those NOLs aren’t much in a scenario that debt still exists on the balance sheet and Blockbuster has somewhere between $500-$1B in debt. So 1manband is correct but under a scenario that during the restructuring that a debt to equity deal is agreed upon, it will remove all that debt leaving the NOLs to shine.

Thoughts?

What is the age of the NOLs, and secondly what specifically the origination.

The IRS is very specific.
