They attached themselves to those wells by claiming ownership in filings with the otc. Operator or not, the owners are ultimately responsible for the plugging. It dies not matter if they are the operator or not.

Interesting.Thanks for the good response. I am glad I only bet one month's poker money on this stock. It sure will be interesting to see where this one goes. The one thing I can say is that in all the scams I have been duped by, they all were far less complex than this whole debacle. It does not add up, the whole weight of energy and fuss it took for all those press releases, and WHO is this Sam CEO and who is the Husssien VP dude? These are all questions I wish we could get answered. This whole thing is way to elaborate to be a scam. With too many facets and people involved to be orchestrated at this level. It doesn't add up. It will be interesting to see what happens Monday.
