Here's one tip I learned through the school of hard knock. Often a CEO of a penny stock (in the cellar like VLDI) will recognize a Cheer Leader who calls them knowing that they will go back and post positive things on an investment WWW board. They manipulate the investor. So if you get a lot of pumping on a board and they admit that they have been talking to or emailing the CEO... you can bet they are being manipulated by the CEO. The CEO is hoping that they will post and pump for them. It is what it is in penny world.
