Like I said, you have to go to the upscale/commercial model.

I think they do a better job on the commercial manuals because most of the peeps using them know more than the 'average joe'. If a home user calls, they can blame the problem on the PC or other software. But the commercial guys won't buy the blame game, so they do a better job on the manual to avoid embarrassing support calls that show just how little their support staff knows.
