The Celebcream website is owned by Omni. There is no evidence to the contrary. Wois.com shows they've chosen to use Domains by Proxy, LLC to hide their ownership (perhaps to avoid pre announcing the product)...
There is zero evidence that OMHE doesn't have exclusive distribution rights...
...that is a hilariously ridiculous claim. First, you have no proof that Omni doesn't own the website. Second, even if they didn't, it doesn't logically follow that that they do not have exclusive distribution rights, and third, THEY OWN THE PRODUCT!
MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 06/13/17 -- Omni Health, Inc., (OTC PINK: OMHE), a vertically integrated healthcare company with focus on pharmaceutical, anti-aging products, and cannabis biotech engineering, announced today the roll out of Celeb Cream, anti-aging product line. Dr. Lawrence Samuels, a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of OMHE, was the scientific engineer of the Celeb Cream original products.
... Andrey Soloviev, OMHE Chief Executive Officer, stated, "When we acquired Malecon Pharmacy approximately one year ago, it was our intent then to bring Celeb Cream into the business. We just needed to wait for the right time to make it happen." The roll-up of Celeb Cream into OMHE was without any shareholder dilution.
..."This Celeb Cream addition will allow us to fast track Omni Health's entry into the anti-aging and specialty skincare industries, a highly profitable marketplace that we have targeted as one of the key growth areas," said Omni Health CEO Andrey Soloviev.
As for...
Another straw man argument. The product is sold online and through select retailers not just their single store. They never said they would generate $10 million from Celebcream. They specifically targeted the product for $2 million in revenue.
The fact that Malecon Pharmacy is located in a poor area is actually a benefit. The population there is disproportionately insured by medicaid and receive subsidized insurance coverage through Obamacare. They have little problem affording specialty pharmaceuticals and ordinary prescriptions. Neighborhood pharmacies are also go-to places in these areas since bigger chains are reluctant to locate their.
...and your claim...
...is nothing but assumptions fabricated from nothing. You have no idea how much Omni is paying Samuels or what he's doing for the company. None of that has been disclosed.
