The 5 tankers had baggage from the previous people so it will take a little longer to take over I would think. One tanker had a court date and was for sale in Feb 2017 via the courts in Malta. There were two more that were being held in Greece because the previous owners did not pay the locals for their services. TVOG would have to take care of those things before taking ownership.
