No PROP won't have anything to do with the DAKP. But it's interesting to me that initially Trump stated that the steel for the DAKP would need to be American made. Also the EVRAZ steel pipes were already manufactured, but were just sitting because the project was shut down. Then Trump allowed the steel to be used. Wonder how deep the Trump and Abramovich family ties are, especially since Abramovich wife was at the Trump inauguration.
